More than 20 legal skills are now built into Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot checks a contract against your playbook and proposes edits as ordinary tracked changes, drafts agreements from your approved precedents and pulls out obligations and deadlines. Your lawyers accept or reject every edit themselves.

Copilot drafts agreements and structured legal memos from your approved templates and precedents, with editable fields for the parties, amounts and dates.
Copilot checks the agreement against your standard positions, flags the terms that differ and proposes edits as native tracked changes, keeping the formatting intact.
Copilot pulls obligations, deadlines and triggers out of your agreements and traces the related contracts, so nothing slips through.
Copilot compares materials, finds the gaps and turns research into structured guidance for the business.
Copilot builds case chronologies, surfaces the key dates and turns meeting records into minutes and resolutions.
Partner plugins bring in e-signature, document management and legal research — Docusign, iManage, Harvey and about twenty other services.
