Why not straight from Anthropic? Claude Team and Enterprise are sold only on claude.ai and paid by card — no local contract, invoice or closing documents, and Anthropic has no partner channel in Moldova. In Microsoft 365 Copilot the same Claude models come through the Microsoft CSP channel, so NQData supplies them like any Microsoft licence: a contract, an invoice in USD, payment in lei at the MAIB rate on the payment date and a tax invoice in lei.

AI is already at work — on personal accounts
Without a company tool, people pay for ChatGPT or Claude themselves and upload contracts, client data and reports. That data lives under consumer terms, outside the company's control, and some services may use it to train models unless the user switched this off.

Claude and GPT in your tenant
Copilot routes each request to a suitable OpenAI or Anthropic model, and people can choose Claude Opus or GPT-5.6 themselves. You pay a fixed price per user, not per token. Prompts and answers stay within your Microsoft 365 boundary and are not used to train foundation models.
Your permissions and policies already apply
Copilot sees only what a user can already open in Microsoft 365. Sensitivity labels, DLP and Purview apply to AI too, and the admin decides which data and models are available. A personal ChatGPT or Claude subscription gives you none of this control.
Bought like any other licence
Microsoft 365 is sold in Moldova through CSP partners; Anthropic and OpenAI have no such channel here. So Copilot is bought the same way as your other licences: a partner, a contract under Moldovan law, an invoice, closing documents — and a tender procedure if you need one.

For complex reports the models work as a pair: both draft an answer, or one writes and the other reviews. The result is more reliable — and nobody has to switch between services.
Pick the model per task
Quick answer, deep reasoning, Claude or GPT — in the Copilot app and right inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The admin decides which models staff can use.
Claude in your own agents
In Copilot Studio an agent can run on Claude Sonnet or Opus — an HR assistant, first-line IT support or processing of incoming invoices — with access to your knowledge base.
The model line-up is managed by Microsoft and is updated as new versions are released; availability of individual models may depend on your region and tenant settings.
Claude where your team already works
Through Work IQ, Copilot takes your work context into account — mail, files, calendar, meetings and chats — so it answers about your company, not about the internet in general.

Draft, edit and summarise documents; work with Track Changes; automate the table of contents, headers and numbering.

Copilot Chat is free. Claude is not in it.
Every Microsoft 365 subscription already includes Copilot Chat — a protected web chat. But it has no Claude or other advanced models, cannot see your mail and files and does not work inside the apps. Only the paid licence adds that.
Enterprise data protection applies when users sign in with their work account (Entra ID).

No. Anthropic has no partner channel in our region, so Claude subscriptions are sold only directly on claude.ai. We give companies access to Claude models through Microsoft 365 Copilot — with a contract, an invoice and support.
Is it the same Claude as on claude.ai?
Copilot uses Anthropic's Claude Opus and Claude Sonnet models. The interface and tools are Microsoft's: Copilot Chat, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Researcher and Copilot Studio; Microsoft decides which model versions are available.
Is our data used to train the models?
No. Prompts, answers and the data Copilot reaches through Microsoft Graph are not used to train foundation models, and Copilot respects your permissions, labels and DLP policies.
Is there a token limit like in personal subscriptions?
Copilot is licensed per user at a fixed monthly price — there is no per-token billing. Microsoft applies fair-use policies; only the optional Copilot Cowork agent is paid by usage, within a budget you set.
Do we have to change our Microsoft 365 plan?
On Standard and Premium the simplest way is to move to the same plan “with Copilot” for $9.50–10 more per user. On Business Basic you add Copilot Business. We check your tenant and suggest the cheapest option.
What currency is the invoice in, and how do we pay?
The invoice is in USD because Microsoft prices are in dollars. You pay in lei from your ordinary bank account at the MAIB buying rate on the payment date, and the tax invoice (factura fiscală) is issued in lei.
Can we license Copilot for only some employees?
Yes. Licences are assigned per user — start with the teams that got the most out of the trial and expand step by step.
We have more than 300 users. What then?
Copilot Business and the bundles are limited to tenants of up to 300 seats. Above that it is full Microsoft 365 Copilot ($30) — we calculate these cases individually.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
In the CSP channel the trial turns into a paid subscription by default when the 30 days end. We review the results with you in advance: if you decide not to continue, we cancel it before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
